Great Hall

Resident Rates

Rental includes the Great Hall with tables & chairs, Patio, and Pergola with Garden.

*Non-profits or civic groups may not book Friday or Saturdays more than 90 days before

**Renter is responsible for all cords and accessories.  Facility does not provide laptops, laptop cords, VGA cords, extension cords, converters, etc.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage Deposits are due sixty (60) days prior to your rental period.  Damage Deposits, when submitted, are deposited and will be returned via City check or original method of payment, usually within six (6) weeks following the event and mailed to the address on the application.

Events without alcohol $300

Rogers Lions Club Kitchen Rates

The 21st Century Bank Event Center does not have catering or food service restrictions for private events (weddings, graduation parties, celebrations of life, etc.).  Events open to the public should inquire on food service regulations and special requirements with the Facility Coordinator.

Rental Packages

Wedding/Quinceañera Package Fee

Wedding Package includes 6 hours of setup up the day before the event between the hours of 2-8 pm, 8am - 12am day of event with full use of stage/garden, fire pit, AV system, kitchen, conference room, trash removal, table/chair setup and take down. Price does not include refundable damage deposit.

Rogers Resident $3,300 (down payment of $1,650)
Non-Resident $4,000 (down payment of $2,000)

Graduation Package Fee

Grad Party Package is available only for Rogers High School seniors and can be booked after the first day of the school year that they are graduating.  Package includes 5 hours of building use, A/V system, kitchen use, fire pit, lawn games, and two easels.  Price does not include refundable damage deposit. 

Rogers Resident $950 (down payment of $475)

If you’re considering offering alcohol, please note that Rogers Wine & Spirits is our exclusive vendor for all events at the 21st Century Bank Event Center.

About The 21st Century Bank Event Center

The vision for a centralized park building began 15 years ago when the Rogers Lions Club began donating funds to the City of Rogers for community building in Triangle Park (now Lions Central Park). The final design is a result of collaboration by the members of the Lions Central Park Task Force, which include the Rogers Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, representatives from the Rogers Lions Club, City Council representatives, City staff and consulting architects. Focusing on community-based rental options and a City gathering space, the 21st Century Bank Event Center provides a designated location for public events. The 21st Century Bank Event Center is located in Lions Central Park on Main Street, just south of Downtown Rogers.
